What we collect

When you ask for an estimate or request a vehicle, we receive:

• Your pickup point, destination, travel date, trip type, number of days and vehicle size.
• Your name and WhatsApp number, if you send us a request.

You can see an estimate without giving your name or number. This website does not take payments or collect M-Pesa details.

How we use it

We use your details to work out your estimate, check vehicle availability, send you a price on WhatsApp and arrange your trip.

Who we share it with

• The driver or vehicle operator assigned to your trip, so they can carry it out.
• Google Maps receives the places you type, to suggest locations and work out the driving distance.
• Google Fonts provides this site's typeface, so your browser connects to Google when the page loads.
• Amazon Web Services hosts this website and its database in Ireland, so your details are stored outside Kenya.

We do not sell your details.

Cookies

We use one session cookie to keep the request form secure and working. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as we need it to arrange your trip and keep our business records, then delete it.

Your rights

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. To ask, message us on WhatsApp on 0711 769 920.
